President - Stephanie Ivanick
Stephanie is our President and has been a member of Tots & Co since 2023. Originally from Los Angeles, Stephanie has called Toulouse her home for the past 4 years. She has a three year old and lives in Cornebarrieu. As President, Stephanie is excited to help Tots & Co grow while keeping its heart and spirit alive. She is particularly looking forward to making a few operational and technical upgrades — including making registration and payments easier for members — while ensuring that the friendships, connection and sense of community that make Tots so special remain at the heart.
"I discovered I was pregnant the first day arriving in Toulouse, and it was quite overwhelming to say the least. I was a new mom, spoke no French, and had no friends here. Tots was my saving grace offering me a community who welcomed me with open arms and a WhatsApp group that answered all my newbie questions. I am so thankful to pay-it-forward and help other moms in a similar spot.“

Vice President - Louisa Nait (left)
Louisa is our VP and responsible for coordinating activities and publishing our monthly calendar and weekly activity reminders. You'll often find her hosting breakfast club in the suburbs! She is from Denmark, and has lived in France for over 7 years now. She has a two year old daughter and lives with her family in Colomiers.
"I have been a member of Tots & Co for the last 1,5 years and I have been really grateful for all the support and meet-ups. I hope that we can all work together to continue this lovely organisation."

Secretary - Karen Burdick
Karen is our Secretary and previous Bumps to Babies Coordinator and co-treasurer. She is a mom of two under three and has been a member of Tots and Co since 2024.
"I moved to Toulouse just two months before our first baby was due. Navigating a new country and healthcare system without family or friends nearby was daunting, and finding Tots & Co. was a lifeline. The WhatsApp group, meet-ups, and friendly faces offered invaluable guidance, reassurance and connection from the start. We've since welcomed our second baby, wit the support of this community along the way. I'm delighted to be able to give something back and help Tots & Co. continue to thrive by serving as Secretary this year."

Martha is our Membership Coordinator from 2025. She grew up in Mexico and has lived in different countries like Germany, the Netherlands and the US and moved to France since 2023. She is a mother of two and lives in the city center.

Treasurer - Amy Freeman
Originally from Philadelphia, in the US, Amy joined Tots & Co. in 2025, while pregnant with her now-15-month-old. She's happy to be taking on the role of treasurer in 2026 and looks forward to hosting Tuesday Tunes, breakfast club, and other events in the year(s) to come. Amy lives near the Jardin Japonais with her baby and husband and enjoys visiting the parks, gardens, and museums of Toulouse with her family.
