President - Samia Omar
Samia is our President. She joined Tots & Co in 2023. Originally from Kenya, she has lived in Cyprus and now Toulouse. She is a new mom of two boys and lives in the town center with her family.
"Moving to a foreign country with a small baby was difficult. Tots and Co is a community with different parents going through a similar situation. The thing I like about Tots is connecting with other moms during the meet ups and feeling like you’re not alone.“

Vice President - Louisa Nait (left)
Louisa is our VP and responsible for coordinating activities and publishing our monthly calendar and weekly activity reminders. You'll often find her hosting breakfast club in the suburbs! She is from Denmark, and has lived in France for over 7 years now. She has a two year old daughter and lives with her family in Colomiers.
"I have been a member of Tots & Co for the last 1,5 years and I have been really grateful for all the support and meet-ups. I hope that we can all work together to continue this lovely organisation."
Co-Vice President - Isabel Dwinger (right)
Isabel is our Co-VP and responsible for managing our Website and social media. She is from Germany and has moved to France in March 2023. She lives in Colomiers with her husband and her 3 year old son.
"I am very happy to be part of Tots & Co. It is a great way to meet new people who know about the struggle of being new to everything. You can ask literally any question and will get helpful answers immediately."

Secretary - Stephanie Ivanick
Stephanie is the ever-smiling Secretary at Tots and has been part of the community since 2023! Originally from sunny Los Angeles, California, she’s lived in some of the world’s most exciting cities — from NYC and DC to Milano, San Francisco, and now the charming suburbs of Toulouse. When she’s not volunteering, you can find Stephanie with her nose in a good book, tending to her garden, chasing after her energetic 2.5-year-old, or dreaming up her next big marketing campaign or sales deal.

Co-Secretary - Fanny Girouy
Fanny has two boys (6 years & 4 month old). She joined Tots & Co via Bumpstobabies during her second pregnancy.
"It is the community I was lacking of and the community I was looking for to raise my kids in it. I felt at home right away thanks to everyone. I am happy for my kids to grow up in a caring and supporting multicultural environment that I also had as a kid and that I value so much! I will be co-secretary with Michaela this year for the first year in a way to give back the time, love and care that my family received and is still receiving because Tots & Co is all about sharing and building something together and it is wonderful!
Fanny has two boys (6 years & 4 month old). She joined Tots & Co via Bumpstobabies during her second pregnancy.

Membership Coordinator - Martha Romo
Martha is our Membership Coordinator from 2025. She grew up in Mexico and has lived in different countries like Germany, the Netherlands and the US and moved to France since 2023. She is a mother of two and lives in the city center.
“I moved to Toulouse when my little girl was 4 months old. I was introduced to Tots & Co from another member and it changed our lives. I found the international community of parents I was looking for, there is as big sense of solidarity and it has been a great opportunity to meet other moms”

Bumps to Babies Coordinator - Karen Burdick
Karen is our Bumps to Babies Coordinator and co-treasurer from 2025. She is a mom of one little girl and has been a member of Tots and Co since 2024.
"I moved to Toulouse just two months before our first baby was due, and navigating a new country and healthcare system without family or friends nearby was daunting. Finding Tots & Co. was a lifeline — the WhatsApp group, meet-ups, and friendly faces offered invaluable guidance and connection from the start. I’m delighted to support Tots to continue to thrive as co-treasurer and to welcome expectant mothers and new babies as the Bumps to Babies Coordinator.."

Treasurer - Katie Enaud-Lynch
Katie is our Treasurer and one of our Centre Tots Coordinators from 2023 - often hosting breakfast club in town! She has been a member of Tots & Co for 3 years now and was previously our Vice President. She is of Irish and Belgian nationality and has been living in Toulouse for the past 4 years.
"They say it takes a village and that is what the Tots community has felt like to our family. Welcoming our first child during a pandemic, whilst living abroad had its challenges. Being part of an international community where parents can support each other is something I'm proud to be a part of"
