President - Samia Omar
Samia is our new President. She joined Tots & Co earlier this year. Originally from Kenya, she has lived in Cyprus and now Toulouse. She is a new mom of two boys and lives in the town centre with her family.
"Moving to a foreign country with a small baby was difficult. Tots and Co is a community with different parents going through a similar situation. The thing I like about Tots is connecting with other moms during the meet ups and feeling like you’re not alone.“

Vice President - Louisa Nait (left)
Louisa is our new VP and responsible for coordinating activities and publishing our monthly calendar and weekly activity reminders. You'll often find her hosting breakfast club in the suburbs! She is from Denmark, and has lived in France for over 7 years now. She has a two year old daughter and lives with her family in Colomiers.
"I have been a member of Tots & Co for the last 1,5 years and I have been really grateful for all the support and meet-ups. I hope that we can all work together to continue this lovely organisation."
Co-Vice President - Isabel Dwinger (right)
Isabel is our new Co-VP and responsible for managing our Website and social media. She is from Germany and has moved to France in March 2023. She lives in Colomiers with her husband and her 3 year old son.
"I am very happy to be part of Tots & Co. It is a great way to meet new people who know about the struggle of being new to everything. You can ask literally any question and will get helpful answers immediately."

Secretary - Michaela Doyle
Michaela is our Secretary and has been a Tots member since January 2022. Originally from Washington DC, she has lived in Toulouse since the end of 2021, with two to five year stints in Nuremberg, London and Cairo in between. She lives in the city centre with her husband and two sons.
“I joined Tots two months after moving to Toulouse, and it has been a pleasure getting to know the moms, dads and kiddos who make up the organization. The support and camaraderie I’ve found especially in the fellow moms has been an integral part of my life in Toulouse so far.”
Michaela is our Secretary and has been a Tots member since January 2022. Originally from Washington DC, she has lived in Toulouse since the end of 2021, with two to five year stints in Nuremberg, London and Cairo in between. She lives in the city centre with her husband and two sons.

Co-Secretary - Fanny Girouy
Fanny has two boys (6 years & 4 month old). She joined Tots & Co via Bumpstobabies during her second pregnancy. She will be job sharing the secretary role with Michaela.
"It is the community I was lacking of and the community I was looking for to raise my kids in it. I felt at home right away thanks to everyone. I am happy for my kids to grow up in a caring and supporting multicultural environment that I also had as a kid and that I value so much! I will be co-secretary with Michaela this year for the first year in a way to give back the time, love and care that my family received and is still receiving because Tots & Co is all about sharing and building something together and it is wonderful!
Fanny has two boys (6 years & 4 month old). She joined Tots & Co via Bumpstobabies during her second pregnancy. She will be job sharing the secretary role with Michaela.

Membership Coordinator - Pornvipa (Pamela) Ettinger
Pamela is our Membership Coordinator from 2023. She has been a member of Tots & Co since her pregnancy in 2021. She grew up in Thailand & Singapore and has spent her adult life in Europe (UK & France). She now lives in Blagnac with her husband and son.
“Being a first-time mum in a country with different language and culture can be incredibly challenging. The support I’ve found within Tots welcoming and understanding international community has been invaluable.”

Bumps to Babies Coordinator - Yu Tahayama
Yu is our Bumps to Babies Coordinator for 2024/25. She is a mom of two boys and has been a member of Tots and Co since 2021. Originally from Japan, she grew up in the US and in Spain. Yu will be coordinating Bumps to Babies and Breakfast meetups in town.
"Being a parent is full of joy and challenges and I've found my support group in Tots over the last years. Thanks to Tots, I made new friends and it's nice to be able to laugh together about some of the crazy things our kids can get up to."
Yu is our Bumps to Babies Coordinator for 2024/25. She is a mom of two boys and has been a member of Tots and Co since 2021. Originally from Japan, she grew up in the US and in Spain. Yu will be coordinating Bumps to Babies and Breakfast meetups in town.

Treasurer - Katie Enaud-Lynch
Katie is our Treasurer and one of our Centre Tots Coordinators from 2023 - often hosting breakfast club in town! She has been a member of Tots & Co for 3 years now and was previously our Vice President. She is of Irish and Belgian nationality and has been living in Toulouse for the past 4 years.
"They say it takes a village and that is what the Tots community has felt like to our family. Welcoming our first child during a pandemic, whilst living abroad had its challenges. Being part of an international community where parents can support each other is something I'm proud to be a part of"
